48–72 hr cancellation windows apply
I. Digital Products — All Sales Final
All sales of digital products are final once a download link has been delivered or accessed. No refunds are issued for change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction after access.
II. Coaching and Mentorship Services
- Sessions not yet occurred: Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or apply credit toward a future session.
- Sessions already completed: Refunds are not issued for sessions that have taken place.
- Package agreements: Unused session refunds are evaluated case-by-case per terms agreed at purchase.
III. Live Sessions and Workshops
- Cancellations 72+ hours before the session: eligible for full refund or credit at our discretion
- Cancellations under 72 hours: generally non-refundable, may be eligible for credit toward a future event
- If we cancel or reschedule: you receive a full refund or option to transfer
IV. Sub-Brand Purchases
Purchases made on myempowerment.space or www.magicsequence.com are governed by those sites' individual refund policies. Please refer to the applicable site for full details. All physical products sold through www.magicsequence.com (personalized printed books and merchandise) are all-sales-final due to their made-to-order nature.
